More information about the Rennes Metro
In 2002, Rennes launched Line A of its metro, making it the smallest city to have a VAL-type metro. The metro network spans over 9 km, serving 15 stations. The first metro starts at 5 am and runs until around midnight thirty. The Rennes metro is expected to expand soon with a Line B.

- €22.30 per month for a monthly or annual pass
Line A
Line A consists of fifteen stations, each brightly lit. Line A of the metro is open every day of the year except for May 1. It connects J.F. Kennedy station to the La Poterie terminal station.

Line B has just opened for the summer of 2022. Comprising fifteen stops over more than 14 km. The Rennes metro line travels through the city and its suburbs from southwest to northeast.
